We want a long lasting relationship with you! If there is any problem whatsoever, please contact us and we’ll do our best to get back to you within 24 hours. You also have the option to return. Buyers are responsible for return shipping cost. Contact us and ship back by: 14 days from the delivery date. Item must be returned on time and in an untangled, unworn condition. Items shipped after the 14 days of delivery date will be exchange only.
