This is a dainty 14k gold-filled birthstone heart charm necklace with the option of adding an initial or number on the large tag. This necklace comes with a gold filled small heart, large tag and a bar of beaded birthstones or your favorite gemstone. All necklaces are finished with a tiny fresh water pearl at each chain ending beside the clasp.
Birthstone Options: Some months have two birthstones choices and are listed along with other gemstone choices we offer that are not birthstones.
