RETURNS

We want a long lasting relationship with you. If there is any problem, contact us, and we’ll work together to resolve it. Email us at hello@lolabean.com and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible. You also have the option to return. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Instructions: Contact us and ship back within 30 days from the delivery date. Item must be returned on time and in an untangled, unworn condition. 

EXCHANGES

You can exchange for any item in our shop. We are flexible and do not charge a restocking fee.

CANCELLATIONS

Instructions: Contact us and request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order.  hello@lolabean.com

REPAIRS

If your item breaks within 6 months, we'll repair your item for free and you’ll only have to cover shipping costs. Any repairs after 6 months will be charged a repair fee and shipping cost. Email us at hello@lolabean.com
